Carnet de Passages en Douane
The CPD is an international customs document that allows your vehicle to be temporarily imported into another country without paying local duties or taxes. It acts as a "passport" for your car, guaranteeing it will be re-exported. Essential for the Middle East and many destinations outside the EU — we arrange it through the FIA-approved UK issuer on your behalf. Note: CPDs are not required for EU destinations (France, Spain, Monaco, Italy).
High-Value Transit Insurance
Insuring a £300,000 supercar in transit is specialist territory. We work with marine and transit insurers experienced in high-value vehicles, ensuring full hull and liability coverage for the entire journey — whether by road across Europe or air freight to the Gulf. We also advise on Green Card requirements for European drives.
Customs & Export Clearance
UK export declarations, EU transit paperwork, and destination-country import documentation — all handled. We work with trusted customs agents at destination ports and airports to ensure smooth clearance. For Middle East shipments this includes UAE, Saudi and Qatari customs procedures, which carry specific requirements around vehicle standards.
Pre-Shipment Condition Report
Before any international shipment, we carry out a full photographic condition report — every panel, every angle — logged and signed off. For a six-figure vehicle this is essential for insurance purposes and absolute peace of mind. You'll receive a copy before we move an inch.
