These terms explain how the Towit AI website, quote flow, driver waitlist and driver vetting pages can be used.
They apply to use of the Towit AI website, WhatsApp quote flow, driver waitlist and driver vetting pages.

Vehicle Transport Enquiries
Quotes, ETAs and availability are subject to route, vehicle details, driver availability, trailer suitability, insurance requirements and final confirmation. A WhatsApp enquiry does not create a confirmed booking until Towit confirms the movement.
Driver Waitlist
Joining the driver waitlist does not guarantee approval, work volume, rates or immediate access to jobs. Towit may review, accept, pause or reject driver applications based on licence, insurance, equipment, coverage, conduct and operational suitability.
Driver Vetting
Drivers must provide accurate information and valid documents. This may include DVLA share code, insurance proof, vehicle and trailer information, coverage, experience and references. False or incomplete information may delay or prevent onboarding.
Documents and Uploads
Uploaded licence, insurance and rig documents must belong to the applicant or their business and must be clear enough to verify. Towit may request updated documents before allocating work.
Use of the Website
You must not misuse the site, attempt to access another user’s account, upload malicious files, submit false information or interfere with the operation of the service.
Liability
The website and waitlist flow are provided for onboarding and enquiry capture. Towit is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
Changes
Towit may update these terms as the platform, driver onboarding and operational systems develop.
